december dinners

for a high-ranking government official, gen. sonny razon certainly is a very humble, unassuming and approachable person :) he's one of my favorite batch '69 persons.. mostly because he's always acted so gentlemanly. and because he doesn't look at all like he's 50+ hahaha :p

anyway, he's the reason why we are attending our nth dinner party for december. tito sonny invited his batchmates to his residence in camp crame for a get-together. it's his way of thanking his friends for the testimonial dinner held in his honor last december 12.

seriously, this month is turning out to be a month of eating, eating and more eating. and for someone who's as anti-party as i am.. the season is really weird.

but today i had fun. mostly coz the crowd at the dinner we went to was the up high batch '69 group. and although i'm practically the only 30-something person there.. i didn't mind at all. i love hanging out with my dad's batchmates. they may be in their 50's, but they sure as heck are more fun to be with than most people i know, hahaha.

still, i'm grateful besp hilda was there. at least i had someone to talk to for the entire night. and though we didn't leave the "white house" 'til past 11pm, i didn't mind so much. i was in good company :)

i hope this coming year, i'd be in the same good company as i was tonight..


PS: happy happy 32nd anniversary mom & dad! :) i wonder if i'd ever find that elusive frog, hahaha :p
