shopping spree

ok, this saturday was FUN indeed :) a busy day.. but very fruitful hahaha.

after a *long* time, alexis and i were able to meet again for math studies :p unlike our previous sessions, though, i did not take the lrt to meet up with her. instead, i drove to cubao. why? well, it's 'coz i had to buy a new table for my room (my dad brought the computer table downstairs - see my previous post).

so when we were done with the studying, i went to ali mall to scout for a table that i could use. i found one (i'll post a picture of it when i'm done filling it with stuff haha).. and bought it immediately. i *needed* to get that table 'coz.. well, frankly, my room's a mess. and if i am to submit my 3rd quarter grades on time, i'd need to organize my stuff and have a proper workstation :p

anyway. dad and i spent some time "bonding" while assembling that table. hahaha. that sure was fun. a different way to spend the weekend, that's for sure.

and speaking of "different".. i went to national bookstore to buy some calligraphy pens (fine, jewo.. i guess you can have the one you "pen-napped" from me :p) and i'm sure glad i did! 'coz when i got there, i saw a bunch of really *cool* playing cards. hahahaha. on display were some unusual bicycle cards. instead of the usual red/blue decks, they had pink and green cards. they were also selling *clear* bicycle cards - transparent cards with baby pink/baby blue/dark blue prints. oh.. and they also had a "mini" red deck available. wow. cards, cards, cards galore!! hahaha. that was soooooo totally fun :p

what a fulfilling day, indeed. i wish every weekend would be like this.. :)
